Many MotoXLab products are manufactured using advanced 3D printing technology. Minor cosmetic variations such as visible layer lines, slight surface texture, or small color differences are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not affect the functionality or performance of the product.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are only accepted once MotoXLab has confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

Pricing errors
Product availability
Suspected fraud
Incorrect customer information

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or import fees (where applicable) are calculated separately during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

MotoXLab is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs authorities
Weather conditions

Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered by the carrier.

7. Installation & Product Use

MotoXLab products are designed only for their intended purpose.

Customers are responsible for:

Correct installation
Proper maintenance
Safe use of every product

Always consult your motorcycle manufacturer’s service manual before installation.

Improper installation, misuse, modification, abuse, accidents, crashes, or use outside the intended purpose may result in product failure and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

8. Off-Road Use

Many MotoXLab products are designed primarily for motocross, enduro, racing, or off-road use.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations before installing or using any MotoXLab product on public roads.

9. Warranty

MotoXLab stands behind the quality of its products.

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Incorrect installation
Misuse
Product modification
Abuse
Racing incidents
Crashes
Normal wear and tear
Improper maintenance

Minor cosmetic characteristics resulting from the 3D printing process are not considered manufacturing defects.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Please refer to that policy before requesting a return.
