Return & Refund Policy
At MotoXLab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and components (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns must first be approved by MotoXLab before being shipped. Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info.motoxlab@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products that have been used, modified, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
3D-Printed Products
Many MotoXLab products are manufactured using advanced 3D printing technology.
Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as visible layer lines, slight surface texture variations, or small color differences, are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not affect the functionality of the product. These cosmetic characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for replacement or refund.
Product Use & Liability
MotoXLab products are designed for their intended purpose only.
Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, abuse, accidents, or use outside the intended purpose is not covered under this Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are compatible with their motorcycle before installation.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order through our website.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that this statutory right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is the result of an incorrect item sent by MotoXLab, a defective product, or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MotoXLab cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
